Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Enigma Mastering, we take pride in providing personalized, handcrafted mixing and mastering services. Because each project is custom, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and engineers.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Before Work Begins: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if no engineer has started working on your project.

• After Work Begins: Once your files are assigned to an engineer or processing has started, refunds are not available.

2. Revisions

• Each project includes 2 free revisions.

• Additional revisions may be requested at an extra charge.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations made before work begins are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations after work begins are not refundable, but you will receive all completed work up to that point.

4. Unsatisfactory Results

If you are not satisfied after your included revisions:

• Contact us at support@enigmamastering.com.

• We will review your case and may, at our discretion, provide a partial refund or credit for future services.

5. Delivery Failures

• If we fail to deliver your order due to technical issues or engineer unavailability, you are entitled to a full or partial refund.

6. Disputes

• We encourage direct communication before initiating chargebacks.

• Filing a payment dispute without contacting us first may result in suspension of services.

7. Disclaimer

Mastering enhances but cannot completely repair a poor-quality mix. Clients are responsible for ensuring that submitted mixes are production-ready.
